Everything relates to each other: Food is nourishment and things like happiness, relationships, spiritual practice, work, family,social life, etc.. all are food for our soul. These are called Primary Foods. When our Primary Foods are taken care of and healthy, our diet takes care of itself. The longer you ignore your primary foods, the more of a negative impact it has on your health but the good news is that we can change that. I will show you how.
